      • 交给 AI 前，先检查 Word 提取出了什么。微软 MarkItDown（需 Python 3.10+，虚拟环境）： pip install 'markitdown[docx]' markitdown input.docx -o result.markdown 对照原件查表格、数字；不还原版式。AI 辅助资料核查，未运行。来源见回复。
