      • 给 AI coding agent 加约束，不一定要把 AGENTS.md 继续写成法律汇编。更好的思路，是把“别越界”变成可执行的任务合同。 Stop That Shit 用 Skill 判断语义，Hook 在动作前检查任务模式、文件范围、依赖、hash 和 subagent 预算，再以 Adapter 接入四种宿主。提示词表达意图，机器规则守住高置信度边界，这个分层很值得借鉴。
