Just merged: the gate that yanks the power cord mid-write. Nine crash points, two block sizes — if the store can't survive a blackout, we want proof, not hope.

The C kernel now wakes up every CPU core, not just the first — each one checks in on its own stack and parks. Multi-core bring-up passing in QEMU.

The OS speaks network now too: Ethernet/ARP/IPv4/UDP written from scratch in C, tortured with 200k hostile inputs plus every malformed packet type. A machine that can be cut off at the socket was…

AIENOS now encrypts with its own C code: AES-256-GCM-SIV, POLYVAL, HMAC — 1,820 checks, zero failures, no outside crypto library. Borrowed crypto is rented trust. This is the foundation for…

Then a tamper test with teeth. It corrupts a message chunk after the first chunk already verified, and the system has to reject the whole thing. Trust nothing mid-stream.

Digging out the merge queue. Starting with my favorite kind of boring: the project finally wrote down which plan is the boss. New doc sets plan authority and retires the competing execution orders.…

AIENOS now has an observer hook on its permission authority: every mint and revoke gets announced live to the ARGUS watchman. Cost: one null check. 571 tests green. The gatekeeper no longer acts in…

We're still early. Still building. Tonight our R15 performance proof passed 16/16 gates on the DGX Spark. Early doesn't mean standing still.
