      • i-have-adhd，只有 10 条规则的 skill，专治 AI 废话：答案放最前，步骤编号，结尾只给一个下一步，不说「好问题！」也不说「希望对你有帮助」。装完回答短了一半，我反而看得更认真。作者说没有 ADHD 也能用。5.7 万星。
