    • 十来个 Claude Code 和 Codex 会话一起跑，标签页只写路径，看不出谁在干活；Harp 用侧边栏列出工作、等你、完成和搁置四种状态，先处理该处理的那个。 Harp 拿 Warp 的开源代码改成 macOS 终端，标签栏换成 agent 侧边栏，每行标出 Claude Code 或 Codex 当前是运行中、等待输入还是已完成，未读结果有记号，后台任务用圆点提示。
