    • 盲猜是后训练做的太厉害了，尤其是编程、数学类的工作太强后，就会影响模型的写作和创意能力。 模型的幻觉率会降低，文字的严谨性提高，同时思维上更加偏向于结构性思维。 典型就是 GPT 的 o 系列模型，从 o3 的才思泉涌，到 GPT-5.4 的不说人话，能力越来越强，说话越来越差。

    • 目前最值得定的三个套餐： OpenAI 系列的 ChatGPT Plus、Pro 100 美金档、200 美金档（根据用量决定），基本都能够获得价值 5 倍甚至是 20 倍以上的 API 用量。 Claude Max，尤其是 200 美金，基本用满可以用到 5000 美金以上的 API 额度。 OpenCode Go，搭配 DeepSeek V4 Flash，基本永远用不完。
