      • 反馈一个 Kero的触控板滚动 bug： 终端滚动后手指离开触控板，仍在惯性滑动，此时按 Command+数字想切换窗口，会被误判为缩放，字体会缩放。问题在 MyGo terminal 插件，PR 已提交： Kero 侧 issue：

      • 手头三个项目各开一套终端，标签页一多标题根本认不出来。 Kero 是 macOS 上的原生终端工作区：默认渲染交给 libghostty，Alacritty 做成可选后端。 工程点在于渲染层被抽象成可替换接口，窗口管理、项目分组和它完全解耦，对比两套引擎的延迟和内存占用会很容易，也不会被某一方上游行为锁死。 代价是协议适配要同时照顾两个不同渲染栈，但这层做清楚之后，未来再挂新渲染器反而顺手。

      • 用 Swift + libghostty 写的 macOS 原生终端工作空间。它把拆分面板、Git 集成、项目分组和文件树都塞进终端里，开发者一边跑终端一边就能审 AI 代理改的代码，不用切到完整 IDE。
