      • 一个 Agent 被允许在本地跑代码、改文件、发请求，但你根本不知道它在动手之前会碰什么。Numbat 把 hooks、OTLP 日志、磁盘会话残留收敛成统一事件模型，用 CEL 规则引擎在端侧判断异常，还能在工具调用落地前按规则阻断。纯 Go 单二进制，检测不出网，记录只留本地。说白了，Agent 安全正在从“信不信模型的判断”变成“能不能约束行为”，端侧可观测性才是把自主权交出去的前提。
